HOW TO PLAN YOUR HONEYMOON IN BALI |
-
JIMBARAN BAY - This area is wonderful for eating
grilled seafood on the beach. There are great
varieties. I would advise you against paying
exorbitant prices from the tiled roof restaurants.
If you travel further down bay you’ll hit a stretch
where you will get better bargains with open air
simple restaurants. Here you’ll be able to choose
your seafood from the tanks and pay a lot less. One
person in our party had a known seafood allergy and
there wasn't anything in the area that she could
safely eat. If you have similar allergies and are
travelling in a group, you should eat ahead of time.
Don’t wear fancy clothing as the grill smoke is
heavy and will absorb into whatever you’re wearing.
Jimbaran is also a great place for honeymooners to
relax and have an enjoyable romantic time. Don't
forget to buy that special sexy lingerie or bra for
her.
-
HARD ROCK HOTEL BALI - Bali is one of the few
places in the world that is honoured to have the
presence of the famous Hard Rock Hotel. You may
relax in their stunning swimming pool accompanied by
lovely scantilly-clad local Bali girls.
-
KUTA REGION - Real animals after a few
action-packed days should head for Kuta. Many see
the Kuta-Legian-Seminyak tourist sprawl as an area
to avoid, but, while it’s not somewhere to spend an
entire holiday, it does have a certain charm, even
if it is one that comes with lashings of
commercialism. Technically, the three areas are
separate, but over the years they’ve merged into one
long strip, starting at the airport and running
north for five miles. The long white beach here was
the one that first made Bali famous, but that scene
of purity is long gone: the beach heaves with
sun-bathers, the sea with surfers.

UBUD -
Ubud is a remarkable
town in the middle of the island of Bali. Ubud is
arguably the best place to use as a base if you're
visiting Bali; if you're looking for culture,
comfort, nature and inspiration. Ubud is
surrounded by most of the things that bring people
to Bali -- scenic rice fields, small villages, art
and craft communities, ancient temples, palaces,
rivers, cheap accommodation and unique luxury
hotels. And it's central location makes it easy to
get from Ubud to the mountains, beaches, and major
towns.
